Spamihilator works as a layer between the e-mail client and the Internet and categorizes every new mail received thus filtering the spam emails and sending them to junk. The entire job is done in the background so you'll notice only the results: a clean inbox.
It uses a Bayesian Learning Filter based on the rules of the English mathematician Thomas Bayes estimating a specific spam-probability for every incoming e-mail. The filter can be trained in order to recognize spam messages better and better. Hence the recognition rate will continuously increase.
In addition to the increasing recognition rate due to the learning algorhythm, Spamihilator operates with a word-filter, that scans messages for keywords specific to spams.
Its functionality can be extended with the help of plugins and further filters.
The application is compatible with almost all mail clients, like Outlook, Eudora, Thunderbird, Netscape, IncrediMail, Pegasus Mail, Opera, Phoenix Mail, and the rest...
